Luxury Maui Condo Vacation Rental for Rent by Owner

Rates:

All rates are in US Dollars per night, rates are for up to 4 people - additional charge $20/day for an additional person, upon prior agreement. Cleaning fee is included for 7 nights or more. Full pre-payment is required 60 days (90 days in Winter/Spring Season)in advance of arrival. This is a non-smoking unit, indoors or on the Lanai.

Our condo is not suitable for children under 6 years of age

Minimum Stay Requirements
A 4-night minimum stay is required. If stay is 6 nights or less, a $140.00 Cleaning Fee will be added.

Deposits & Cancellations
At the time of booking a 2 Night Deposit plus a $500 Refundable Security Deposit to the owner is required to confirm reservation dates. Longer stays require a larger deposit of 20% plus the $500 Refundable Security Deposit. Any departure prior to the pre-scheduled departure date will result in a penalty for the full stay. Additional restrictions may apply throughout the year. A Rental Application/Agreement is required. Policies are subject to change.

Taxes
Hawaii State Lodging taxes of 13.42% are additional. All taxes are subject to change.

Registration Fee
There is a $25.00 Registration Fee.

Holidays
Christmas reservations are at the nightly rate for minimum stay and require a 2 week minimum stay. The reservation deposit for the Christmas holiday period is 1/2 of the total rate (totaling a weeks rate), plus the $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit.

Arrival & Departure
Guests may check in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
